Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24–48 hours in advance. Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may result in shortened service or cancellation. No Children unless being serviced. All services are non-refundable. If there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours for a fix. Free fixes are available within 5–7 days for gel lifting or technical issues only. Product Fills more than 4 weeks old are to be charged like a Full Set. Services may be refused if there are signs of infection or contagious conditions. Prices may vary depending on nail length, design, or added services. Final price is confirmed before starting
